MOVING MEDITATION

In this class we will draw upon the principles of Hatha, Kundalini, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese medicine to go deeper into our practice and connect to the more subtle/energetic elements. Each unique class will focus on a theme that we will explore using movement, breathwork, and chanting. Each class will end with a relaxing gong bath followed by meditation.

SLOW FLOW
YOGA

This class pays particular attention to correct form and function just for you on your mat.  Yoga has shapes for everyone.  Staying with the “yoga is medicine” theme, the flow will move at a slow pace, creating plenty of space for easy transitions. Restorative poses to cool down at the end. This is an all levels of practice class.

This class is a full scope of yoga and a fresh perspective on flow. It’s not just about sun salutations. These slow flow classes are designed for all students who feel the urge to move seamlessly from one posture to the next with grace and ease and the mindfulness of a yogi. Class includes some chanting, pranayama (breath work) asana (yoga poses) and finishes with a restorative at the end of class. Suitable for all levels of practice.
