Creating space to restore and renew is wonderful any time, and especially during the times when mother nature slowly changes. Awaken to the love and peace that lives in each and every one of us through this beautiful selfcare session.
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long easy relaxing holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Expect very easy yoga shapes on the floor and long restorative poses in between, connecting to the rhythm of your breath.
