Guided Writing Workshop
 Friday, May 9th - 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Cost: $45 (per person)
Location: Yoga Solace Club

Writing from Withing is a gentle, experiential workshop led by Jennifer Levy.   This creative experience blends mindful movement, breath, and guided writing to help you access a more natural and authentic voice.

This workshop is for anyone who feels curious about writing or journaling.  Weather you're just beginning to write or looking to reconnect, Jen is exactly who you want guiding you.   Through simple embodied techniques, you will learn how to quiet self judgement, move past overthinking, and allow your words to emerge with more ease and clarity.  Rather than focusing on structure or critique, you are invited to explore writing as a personal and intuitive process.

You'll be guided through grounding practices, sensory based prompts, and periods of reflection, while also receiving practical tools to support a sustainable and meaningful writing practice.

No prior writing experience is needed. Just bring your willingness to listen, reflect, and explore.
