Donna Mezzina
Owner/Director,  E- RYT 500, YACEP

Donna is the Owner/Operator of Yoga Solace Club and the lead teacher for its teacher training program. A 500 E-RYT and YACEP certified instructor with Yoga Alliance, she has practiced various styles, from Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa to Gentle yoga, for over 20 years. Known for her clear instruction and creative sequencing with a focus on alignment, She guides her students with a down-to-earth and easygoing style, creating a balanced and peaceful experience. She believes that helping others find inner peace is the greatest gift one can offer. You can expect to leave her class energized and smiling!

Maria Preuster
Jivamukti 1000 Hour Senior Teacher

Maria is a longtime practitioner and teacher of Yoga, rooted in the Jivamukti method. Her classes incorporate chanting, meditation, exploration of yoga scriptures, and compassion-based spiritual activism. With over 1,000 hours of training, she is committed to preserving the integrity of ancient teachings. While her classes focus on asana practice, she humorously emphasizes that she is not just teaching Indian calisthenics. Known for her clear instruction and intelligent sequencing, Maria weaves powerful spiritual messages throughout her classes. A graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2002, she advocates for a plant-based diet and juicing for health.

Carmela Danna
E-RYT 500

Carmela completed her 200-hour certification in 2006 at Yoga Works in NYC. After leaving her full-time financial job to pursue her passion for teaching yoga, she dedicated herself to sharing her love and knowledge of yoga and spirituality ever since. A Reiki Master and intuitive, she also practices Akashic Records reading. Carmela enjoys teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, bringing her unique insights and energy to each class.

Sheri Glick
E-RYT 500

Sheri brings 30 years of experience in health and healing, fueled by her curiosity about the mind-body connection and methods for inner restoration. A 500+ hour ERYT with Yoga Alliance, she has completed extensive training in yoga, yoga therapy, and hands-on healing. As a Reiki Master, she is also certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and Cranial-Sacral Therapy. A licensed Massage Therapist in New Jersey, she offers personalized treatments and one-on-one yoga therapy. She believes that yoga is a powerful medicine that can restore and heal the body.

Jill Molinaro
RYT-500 

Jill Molinaro has been teaching movement for more than 20 years. As a RYT 500 yoga teacher, she focuses on biomechanics, alignment and injury prevention. Jill’s flows focuses on breath while developing strength, conditioning and mobility for the body. Her classes are open to all levels, offering accessible movement for everyone.

Brittany Forziati 
E-RYT 200

Brittany born and raised in NJ was first introduced to yoga in college. After completing her 200hr YTT in 2015, she has taught/practiced up and down the east coast from NH to FL. She recently moved back to NJ with her husband and two little boys. She is excited to be back and looks forward to sharing her love for all styles of yoga with those that come to play! 

Inna Gimelbrand
RYT-200

Inna has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has always been drawn
to the benefits of the physical practice along with the spirituality, calmness and relaxation it brings. Inspired by the positive impact of yoga in her life,
she wanted to share it with others. Inna aims to guide people to their mats
to build strength, flexibility, balance, and find peace. Inna is a registered dietitian who enjoys cooking, skiing, tennis, hiking, and traveling. She’s excited to guide you through your practice.

Nikita Kumar
E-RYT 200

Nikki Kumar began her yoga journey in early 2018 to relieve lower back pain and improve her wellness. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and yoga sculpt certification in October 2018. Nikki teaches Hot Flow, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, and is also a certified barre instructor. Her classes inspire playfulness and a feel-good experience. Outside of yoga, Nikki loves hiking, water sports, traveling, and enjoying good food with loved ones.

Lauren Maietta
RYT 200

Rada is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher at Yoga Solace, inspired by the mind-body-spirit connection. She’s passionate about body alignment, breath, and movement, enjoying both quiet practices like Yin and Restorative, as well as Vinyasa flow. For her, sharing the practice of yoga with others is an honor. Her aim is for you to walk out of class feeling better then when you walked in.

Svetlana Nudelman
RYT 200

Svetlana began her Ashtanga yoga practice in 2013. She was drawn to its structure and its capacity to cultivate both mental and physical discipline within oneself. Svetlana is a 200hr RYT certified since 2018, and although she teaches different styles of yoga, Ashtanga is her passion. She is also a dedicated practitioner of Buddhism, Ayurveda, and holistic healing. A minimalist, she enjoys gardening and reading.

Alica Perez
E-RYT 200

Alicia believes that we don’t just practice yoga; we embody it, making it a journey both on and off the mat. She lovingly weaves together the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga’s rich history in her classes. As a registered teacher of Hatha, Kundalini, and Yoga for Cancer, she also holds many kinds of certifications like Sound Healing, Chakra Therapy, and Restorative Yoga. Alicia feels truly blessed to be part of this beautiful community. Om Shanti!

Stephanie Robles

Stephanie has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. As a 200-hour yoga teacher, she focuses on alignment, core strength, and patiently guiding each pose step by step. She loves providing hands-on assists and guiding students to the deepest expression of their poses. Her classes, set to a fun playlist, aim to leave you feeling challenged, stronger, and limitless. Her classes incorporate elements of power vinyasa accessible to all levels.
